Simone has over 30 years of experience in retail management, franchise ownership, sales, and coaching. After 21 years in increasingly senior positions with Tesco in the UK where she developed HR, change management, and people development skills, Simone went on to become a franchise owner for two years followed by an independent direct sales consultant for another three years. In 2018, she changed her career path by becoming a certified practitioner of NLP Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy®, working as a Transformational Coach to share the benefit of her knowledge, experience, and passion for helping and supporting women in business. During this time, she wrote and facilitated Vision Board workshops, provided coaching to business professionals, and was engaged as a motivational speaker at various events that included workshops for young college women. During her time as a Coach, Simone created a women-only business networking group in her local area that was designed to help businesswomen network and build confidence and friendship in a supporting environment through monthly meetings. In 2021, Simone became co-owner and Managing Partner at Finest Florida Villas in Davenport, FL, where she still works today.
